Food brings us together!

OOSH follows recommended state guidelines and refers to The Heart Foundation’s Eat Smart, Play Smart guide for OSHC and its own Policy on Nutrition when providing the children with healthy food and snacks.

Below are examples of some of the food we provide:

Before School Care

Fruit, cereal, toast, pikelets, crumpets, French toast, smoothies, milk and water.

After School Care

Fruit, wraps, tacos, pizzas, pasta, rice, cheese & crackers, vegetable sticks, rice cakes, dips, yoghurt, and water.

A late afternoon tea will be provided around 5:15pm and includes yummy foods made that afternoon as part of our cooking program or other nutritious snacks.

Vacation Care/Pupil Free Days

OOSH provides breakfast (check program for specials), afternoon tea and late snack. Please refer to the program as some days may include lunch.  OOSH does NOT supply MORNING TEA so please pack healthy, package free snacks.
